What are abstract certificates?

An Abstract Certificate is provided when a client wants to research a property’s title history without proceeding to a real estate closing. It includes a detailed report of any liens, encumbrances, or title issues recorded on the property.


What types of transactions do you handle most?

While we handle a wide range of real estate transactions, the most common is the closing of single-family residences. It’s a joy for us to assist clients as they take this exciting step toward homeownership—and we take pride in making the process clear, smooth, and memorable.
